Creates and executes the following:
- '%TEMP%\skypee.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\skypee.exe" "skypee.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\skypee.exe

- DNS ASK hn####33.no-ip.biz
