Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\system32.exe" "system32.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\system32.exe
