Creates and executes the following:
- '%TEMP%\IEMonitor.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\IEMonitor.exe" "IEMonitor.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\IEMonitor.exe
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'la####rus.no-ip.org':9000
UDP:
- DNS ASK la####rus.no-ip.org
