Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Firewalls.exe
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\reg.exe ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" /v "CstFirewall" /t REG_SZ /d "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Firewalls.exe" /f
- <SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe /c ""%TEMP%\sBuPx.bat" "
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Firewalls.exe
- %TEMP%\sBuPx.bat
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\sBuPx.bat
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'localhost':1036
UDP:
- DNS ASK www.ma##ind.com
Miscellaneous:
Searches for the following windows:
- ClassName: '' WindowName: 'HB'
