Program.NeoSpy is a family of commercial spyware designed to spy on users of Android devices. Depending on their version and modification, these apps are capable of the following:

intercepting and reading the SMS;
collecting the information about phone calls;
phone calls recording;
device location tracking;
taking screenshots.
accessing user’s photos;
recording the information entered on the keyboard (a keylogger functionality);
hiding their icon from the application list on the main screen to make it more difficult for users to locate them.
