Program.AndrMonitor is a family of applications designed to spy on users and control their activity on Android devices. Depending on their versions and modifications, these apps are capable of:
intercepting outgoing and incoming SMS;
tracking the phone calls;
recording environment surroundings using the device microphone;
gaining access to the phone book and all the user’s contacts;
silently taking pictures and recording videos through the device camera;
taking screenshots;
tracking the device location;
collecting the information about installed apps;
intercepting incoming notifications;
gaining access to the conversations in popular messaging apps, such as WhatsApp, Viber, VK, etc., if root access is available.
